Central African Republic

The second largest wildlife reserve in the world, this mysterious beauty of wilderness is located in the Kalahari Desert of Botswana. Established in 1961, the Central Kalahari Game Reserve protects different species of wild cats, hoofed and horned antelopes and oxen, and wild mammals that are commonly domesticated. Rivers, valleys and large bush and grass make up much of the flat lands of the reserve. Visitors can take a Safari tour of the Botswana’s wilderness, camp among game, drive an ATV through the sand dunes and even discover 16,000 year old fossils!
